For API questions, integration help, billing, or account issues, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within one business day (AEST).

To help us resolve things faster, include:

  • The email address on your PlateAPI account
  • The endpoint you are calling and the state/plate combination, if the issue is a specific lookup
  • The HTTP status code and response body you received

Never include your full API key in an email. The key prefix shown in your dashboard is enough for us to identify it.

Security

To report a security vulnerability, email the address above with "SECURITY" in the subject line. Our security contact details are also published at /.well-known/security.txt.
